Shipping Policy

For domestic orders, all PCB orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking, while built panel orders are shipped via UPS with full insurance and require a signature upon delivery. Once tracking information has been updated on the carrier’s website, Prism Circuits is no longer responsible for lost or misdelivered packages. Customers must file claims directly with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues. Prism Circuits reserves the right to determine the most suitable shipping method for each package while ensuring that shipping speeds remain the same or faster than the selected service. This includes change of carrier based on the size and weight of the parcel. All larger parcels will always be shipped via UPS to ensure safe arrival. 

International Shipment Refusal & Unclaimed Package Policy

Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, VAT, GST, and any other charges imposed by their country or local customs authority.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or returned to Prism Circuits due to unpaid import duties, taxes, customs charges, failure to provide required customs information, or failure to claim the package within the carrier’s holding period, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred by Prism Circuits as a result of the return shipment.

Any refund issued for returned international orders will be subject to:

  • A 35% restocking fee.
  • Deduction of all original shipping charges and return shipping charges.
  • Deduction of all import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, and any other charges incurred by Prism Circuits as a result of the shipment being returned or refused.
  • Deduction of all non-refundable credit card processing fees, payment processor fees, Shopify fees, website transaction fees, and any other payment processing charges incurred by Prism Circuits.

Due to the possibility of additional charges, duties, brokerage fees, storage fees, customs assessments, or carrier-related fees being billed after the package has been returned, all refunds for unclaimed, refused, or returned international shipments will be held for a minimum period of ninety (90) days from the date Prism Circuits receives the returned package. This holding period allows sufficient time for all outstanding charges associated with the shipment to be received and accounted for.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, the 90-day holding period has elapsed, and all associated costs have been fully calculated. The refund amount will consist only of the remaining balance after all applicable fees, charges, duties, taxes, payment processing fees, and restocking fees have been deducted.

Prism Circuits is not responsible for packages that are refused, abandoned, or unclaimed by the recipient, nor for customs delays, import restrictions, or charges imposed by the destination country.

Warranty Policy

Built panels are covered by a six-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects or faulty components. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and valid documentation of the defect. To initiate a claim, customers should contact Prism Circuits at info@prismcircuits.net.

Any panel, system, or custom system that has been housed in a non-original case will immediately void the warranty, making it ineligible for returns or support. Warranty repairs are available only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. If a system is resold, all warranty rights are voided, and any future repairs will be at the new owner’s expense, including shipping, parts, and labor costs.

PCBs are sold as-is with no warranty. Customers assume all risks associated with assembly and use.

Return Policy

All Paypal refunded orders will incur a 3% transaction fee. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and Prism Circuits reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee. Returns requested beyond this period are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Any false claims of defective products will also be subject to the 15% restocking fee once verified as a false claim. Returned items must be in perfect working condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For panels, systems, and custom systems, stock panels and systems are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned. Returns must be in like-new condition as originally received. Custom orders are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. By submitting a custom order, the customer agrees to these terms.

PCBs may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they remain unused, undamaged, and unsoldered. A 15% restocking fee applies. All parts sales are final once shipped.

For PayPal transactions, any canceled orders will be refunded minus PayPal fees and applicable restocking fees. Orders placed without entering a discount code at checkout cannot be retroactively adjusted or refunded for the discount amount.
